Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. The user of the service is to accept the terms and conditions.
2. Inability to accept the regulations and purchase conditions results in inability to use our website.
3. Any user may sign up in order to fully use our website and purchase the chosen products.
4. Each user may register only once and is obliged to respect confidentiality of his/her username and password.
5. Each user is responsible not only for the personal use of his/her username and password, but also for disclosing them to third parties.

7. demodex.co.uk service reserves the right to change the rules at any time without stating the reason. The user of the service automatically accepts the terms and conditions by registering and using the website.
8. The purchased products’ shipment is held on a daily basis except weekends and bank holidays.
9. Parcels are only sent as registered and insured ones. It is not possible to change the shipping options.
10. We are not responsible for any delays associated with the operation of English postal service.
11. In the absence or loss of the delivery, we should be contacted in order to clarify the circumstances. Parcels are insured, thus the client has the right to receive full compensation in the form of cash or the same products.
12. On customer request we provide the sent package’s registration number. Therefore it can be tracked at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
13. The purchased goods are subject to the complaint only in case of damages resulting from the manufacturer’s fault (incorrect color, consistency of cream or expired product). Flawed products will be replaced within 7 working days.
14. The seller is not responsible for the decisions taken by the client in matters related to the purchase of a particular product or inappropriate choice of therapy – please contact us if you need help with choosing product for therapy.
15. The client is guaranteed to receive the correct product and original packaging after purchasing products from our website. All products are checked before sending and properly secured so as to be delivered in brand new / factory sealed condition.
